Calling club members & friends from the 1980s – we need you!

We are in the process of collecting information on Dunboyne Athletic Club from the early part of the 20th Century up to the mid-1980s. The club in its present incarnation came into existence in the early 1960s but we believe there was a club formed here in 1927 and existed for a while thereafter.

Dunboyne parishioners certainly were active in the sport from that period onwards, albeit representing clubs elsewhere. We would like to contact and hear from any of the people who were active or who were club members up to and including the mid-1980s, whether as athletes, officers, associates or committee members.

We would appreciate if you could take a little time to fill in the questionnaire below. You may write on a separate sheet of paper if you need more room for your comments. Just remember to number your answers if using a separate sheet.

If you have any photos, paper cuttings or training diaries, or indeed anything you think might be of interest, we would love to hear from you and possibly borrow same. We promise to take good care of them and return them as soon as possible.

Hoping to hear from you,

Sean Conroy 01 825 1854
