Fit for Life was well represented at both the Great Ireland Run and 5K event which took Place in the Phoenix Park on Sunday 9^th April.

First off were Ann Hickey, Maria Hughes and Jan Rice who took part in the 5K event.  This was, by all accounts a very enjoyable run.

Later that morning Ana Quigley, David Dolan, Carmen Carroll, Sam Hamilton and Siobhan Campbell participated in the Great Ireland Run (10K).

Well done and great running everyone!
