Fit4Life’s Pat Ryan wins Silver at Father Murphy’s 10K, incorporating the Meath 10K Championship, Sunday 27th March

Reigning  Meath 10K bronze medalist, Pat Ryan, headed back to Athboy on Easter Sunday to defend his title.  Pat, one of our most prolific racers, was flying solo. It seems everyone else in the club was otherwise engaged; overindulging on chocolate we suspect!

Pat ran an excellent 48.36, taking second place in his category in the open race and upgrading his Meath bronze medal to silver. Massive congrats Pat, very well deserved!

These Meath Championship medals are becoming a Fit4Life habit. We feel another photo op coming on, Pat!
