History Made as Dunboyne AC’s New Tartan Track Officially Opened

“A big day for Dunboyne AC as they opened their new tartan track with the club president Sean Conroy cutting the ribbon to officially open the new facility. 

The track which cost in the region of 350,000 euro, is the culmination of years of hard graft by club members who were determined to get the facility up and running.”

The opening day also saw great performances from Juvenile athletes from the Club and community in a series of races on the new track and also the running of the inaugural Dunboyne Mile for our adult members.
