Ray Mitchell, Deirdre Fitzsions and Annemarie Sheehan were representing Dunboyne AC in Rathfarnham yesterday at their super fast 5k held in good conditions for running.
Ray was as consistent as ever running a 21:06 time. Deirdre is showing evidence of a fantastic return to form, finishing in an excellent 21.20 and 3rd in her category, great to see Dee. Annemarie did justice to her 5K training programme in recent weeks, smashing her PB and coming under the sought after round number with an excellent time of 24:51.
