Warm-Up

Each thrower will be given a maximum of two warm-up throws per competition.

 

Competition

Each competitior will get 4 throws per competition. The top three from each competition will get a further two throws.

 

Age Groups

There will be four categories:

1. Juniors
2. U23’s
3. Seniors
4. Masters – This category will be counted as a whole. It is not age group related.
