Win and a PB over 5k for Eimear English at the Glenties 5k, Donegal

Eimear English was representing Dunboyne in Donegal over the long weekend and did so with style – winning the women’s race in a super PB time of 19:46.

Eimear joined Dunboyne AC less than a year ago, posting strong times in the two mile league before suffering a setback with injuries. Nice to see her over that frustrating period and back in such good shape.

Well done Eimear!
