Overview

Timetable

1. 10am Senior Shot
2. 11am Senior Discus
3. 12.30pm Senior Hammer
4. 2pm Masters Shot
5. 3pm Masters Discus
6. 4pm Masters Hammer
Registration for the Senior Competition is from 9am until 9.45am.
Please note that the Masters Competition does not start until 2pm. Registration for the Masters Competition will close at 1.15pm.
No more registrations will be taken after the closing time.

Warm-Up

Each thrower will be given a maximum of two warm-up throws per competition.

Competition

Each competitior will get 4 throws per competition. The top three from each competition will get a further two throws. All implements will be measured  and weighed at the registration area.

Age Groups

There will be two categories:

  1. Seniors
  2. Masters – Masters Competition will be as one. It will not be age related.

All throwers must be over 18 years of age. However, if any thrower is under the age of 18, and trying to achieve a qualification mark, exceptions may be made.

Any such applications should be made before 18.2.2019, in writing to; ‘dunboynethrows@outlook.com’

Men and Women to be run together in each event. The time table is as always, subject to change, but every effort will be made to stick to the timetable listed.

This event is AAI approved.
