Attention members, our track will reopen from today, Monday 30th November, so all training will be back on the track as usual. Thanks to everyone for your patience. Bad weather prevented the contractor from laying the final tarmac layer, but the track will be fine for use in the meantime. Please take care during frosty conditions this winter – the track will be inspected before each training session to ensure that it is safe to use. We are fortunate to have the alternative training ground in the 4 Acres next to the main track, and as this is now flood lit it will be an ideal grass training surface.
Our two mile league will commence on Tuesday 1st. Please come along to register at 6.45pm with the race to commence after 7. All members are welcome to take part. The cost to enter is €5, and this includes the Christmas Day race.
