Dunboyne AC Couch to 5k Program

9 week program for all levels: complete beginners, walkers, joggers.

The goal is to walk, jog or run your first 5K in 9 weeks.

Train with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Friendly and supportive coaches !

All training is off-road on Dunboyne AC’s floodlit tartan (synthetic) track on the Rooske Road – beside Dunboyne Scouts/St Peter’s GAA Club.

Great value ! Three sessions per week: Tuesday 9pm, Thursday 9pm and Saturday 11am.

Free entry to a 5K challenge on the club’s track at the end of the program.

C5K usually runs from January to March each year, but may run at other times subject to demand and coach availability.

All ages from 16 upwards welcome.
