Clonee 10k Road Race

The Annual Clonee 10k Road Race usually takes place in late June. This mid-week, summers evening race takes participants on a fast and flat looped route through the Meath countryside, starting and finishing near Clonee village. It offers great potential for athletes to target a fast time while also giving first time participants a great friendly introduction to the 10k distance. The emphasis is on a fun evening in a friendly and safe environment. This race has been a great success since it began in recent years, with positive feedback from competitors, the free post race pizza in the Grasshopper proving particularly popular.
