Attention Parents – Response Required!
Next Wednesday 18th May is the Meath 4 X 100m Relays and we fully encourage every single Juvenile member to come and join us for this relay. It is a great way to gain experience of competitive Athletics in a team event.
However, the only way this works is if we get parents commitment up front and in advance of the relay. We need 4 Athletes per team and we can move Athletes around age groups to make up teams. Please Confirm Attendance ASAP – if we do not hear from you your child’s name will be removed from the list. If you commit to part taking in the relays, please ensure that your child attends. If not, the end result can mean that 3 other kids do not get to run. Confirm in the comments below, or email keglington@gmail.com or text 086 8144012.
Also we need your help for this. Usually at this event we have high numbers and we require parents to help officiate and take charge of minding a team while waiting to be called to the start line.

Over the last week we have raced and timed the majority of the U/9 – U/13 Athletes over 100M. We conduct this from time to time over different distances to gain an understanding of progress.
