Warm-Up

Each thrower will be given a maximum of two warm-up throws per competition.

Competition

Each competitior will get 4 throws per competition except for the Weight for Distance which will remain at 4 throws. The top three from each competition will get a further two throws. All implements will be measured  and weighed at the registration area.

Medals will be awarded to the top three in each competition.

Age Groups

There will be three categories:

1. U23: You must be 18 and over to compete in this age group.
2. Seniors
3. Masters: Masters Competition will be as one. It will not be age related.
