Congratulation to Alan Kenny who was third in his age group in Ironman Mallorca, which now qualifies him for the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. During the race, Alan ran a sub 3 hour marathon after 4K of swimming and 180k on the bike, with an overall time of 9 hours… absolutely amazing stuff !!!!!
