Want to tone up, lose weight, develop core strength AND increase your fitness levels? Join us any Saturday at 12 noon for the best circuits-based class around! The exercises are explained at each and every class, so you can drop in any week on a pay-as-you-go basis up until the 16th April and you’ll be in the thick of the action straight away.
