9 week program for all levels: complete beginners, walkers, joggers.
The goal is to walk, jog or run your first 5K in 9 weeks.
Train with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

All training is off-road on Dunboyne AC’s floodlit tartan (synthetic) track on the Rooske Road – beside Dunboyne Scouts/St Peter’s GAA Club.
Three sessions per week: Tuesday 9pm, Thursday 9pm and Saturday 11am (starts Tuesday 12th October, 2021).
27 Coached sessions in total !

Free entry to a 5K challenge which will be held on the club’s track in December.
All ages from 16 upwards welcome.
