After a week stopped thanks to the snow, and having to postpone the Graduation by 1 week, Some of our athletes completed their 5k challenge last Saturday and the remainder on Tuesday night . It was fantastic to see all the supporters that came over to see the runners!!!
It was really impressive how they are able to pace themselves, the attitude, the smiles, the nerves, the happiness, the pride!
Now all ready to jump into Fit4Life!
