Goal is to walk, jog or run your first 5k in 8 weeks – 3 session per week, Tue, Thu and Sat.

Train with others in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere

Call in to Dunboyne ACs track at 8:45 PM on Tuesday Jan 9th or 10:45 AM on Sat Jan 13th
