Dear Members, A club EGM will take place at Dunboyne AC Clubhouse on Thursday 12th October 2017 at 21:10.
The function of the EGM is to define a perimeter fencing line around the club and track in conjunction with the already sanctioned track surface upgrade from Cinder to an all weather Tartan surface expected to be started in Spring 2018.
We would fully appreciate if as many members as possible attend the meeting to hear the proposed plans with Pro’s and Con’s to the suggested perimeter fencing line. Each person attending can optionally give their view and a vote will be required in order to proceed with this club decision.
