Emilia Dan Represents Ireland at the British and Irish Masters Cross Country International
Dunboyne AC was very proud on Sunday last (19th Nov) when Emilia Dan wore the green singlet of Ireland as part of the Irish team competing in the British and Irish Masters Cross Country International in Gransha Park, Derry.
In the 6k race Emilia lined up in a field of 198 athletes from Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales.
She ran a very strong race completing the testing course in 24:50 and finishing 8th in her category.
This was great running from Emilia on the international stage.
The newly crowned 2017 Dunboyne AC athlete of the year helped the Irish team claim a Silver medal in the team event on the day.
