Some more information for members about our Club Championships at the NIA in Abbostown this Thursday 12th:
– we will be holding Fit4Life specific events and separate senior events with the view that everyone will be running with people of their own ability
– distances will be 60M, 200M, 400 and 800M so something there for everyone
This is a opportunity for everyone to run in the fantastic NIA. It’s ours, exclusively, for the evening so it’s shaping up to be a great night. We hope all our senior and FitfLife members will attend. Please email keglington@gmail.com to let us know if you’re coming (although you can also register on the night). The cost is just €3 per person for the night. We hope to get good numbers to offset the cost to the club for the exclusive hire of the NIA which is a considerable cost – so lots of good reasons to come along!
