After a great start to Sara’s race, in with the mix, then we all held our breath wondering what happened to Sara.
Half way through her race she tried to avoid a couple of girls who had fallen in front of her and ended up slipping and fall on the rim of the track. Our hearts were racing, as Sara got up and kept running. She finished the race full of fight.
The OCI put in an appeal.
Sara has been reinstated and is now running in the final.
