Dunboyne had three athletes in action last night at the ever popular paced mile series. This particular one was held on tartan in Morton Stadium.
Michael Cornyn has raced quite regularly towards the end of the season and ran a strong 5:53 on the night.
This year’s C25K class may be our most adventurous and versatile yet; any distance, any terrain, anytime, anywhere! Lorraine Murphy and Pauline Keane dipped their toes into track running and set super one mile records of 7.33 and 8.17 respectively. Super stuff ladies.
