Not a weekend has passed recently where Laura hasn’t turned out for us in a local race and the latest of these was the Maynooth 5k held last Sunday.
Laura had gone through 5k in sub 20 in Bohermeen for their 5 mile and the 20 mark was in her mind for this race. She finished just outside of that target in a highly credible time of 20:12, third Senior and fifth woman overall.
We reckon it’ll be closer the 19 min mark come Rathfarnharm or Jingle Bells such is the rate of Laura’s progress lately, great running!
