Michelle Higgins couldn’t wait for this Sunday’s Star of the Sea Cross Country outing, so she got a practice run in at Castletown House at the weekend. Michelle clocked 33.50; an excellent time on a Cross Country course. Great experience Michelle, it will surely stand to you in Star of the Sea. Well done!
