The 2016 Meath Community Games Cross Country Competition will take place at Saint Brigids Gaa Club, Ballinacree (outside Oldcastle) on Sunday 28th of February where races will start at 11 midday sharp, whoever athletes are asked to be there on time and register before 10.30am. Athletes compete in the age group that they are under on 31/7/2016.
- Under 8, Under 9, Under 10 and Under 12 boys and girls races are 500m.
- Under 13 boys and girls race is 1200m
- Under 14 and under 16 boys and girls races are 700m.
Up to 6 athletes in each race qualify to represent Meath at the National Community Games Finals in Athlone during Summer.
Only athletes residing in Co. Meath are entitled to compete in this event.
