Dear Parents,
On Sunday December 20th at 19:00 we are having our Juvenile awards and Christmas party at the Scout hall on the Dunboyne Rooske road beside the Athletic club. Just to give you the run of play on the evening. We will start the evening off with a short 10 min video that captured the events of the year. From there we will move directly into presentations which will go on for about 45 min. Then finally we can move into a disco and games and looking to finish up between 21:00 – 21:30.
**This is important** If you can attend please let me know. We want to get your child into the video from some of the thousands of photo’s we have taken throughout the year at the various events. The last thing we want is a disappointed child who didn’t get into the video. Also the awards are primarily based for those who have competed for the club at Meath, Leinster and National level. Any Juvenile that has competed at Leinster and National Level will receive a club dedicated award. Some of the Juveniles will also receive additional medals they won that we held back at the time to ensure the team receive them. If a Juvenile has just competed at Meath Cross Country, Meath T&F League or championship, they will receive a Meath Medal. If you are attending and didn’t compete but a regular at training we will also give a club medal. The last thing we want is a disappointed child. This is an opportunity to reward and recognise the Juveniles for a year of training and competing.
