Ratoath AC 5K Road Race September 11th

In less than two weeks we in Ratoath Athletic club are hosting our annual 5K road race on Sunday 11th September @ 11 am at Ratoath GAA Club this is an AAI Permit approved /Chip and trimmed event.  Our 5K is enjoyable for all fitness levels, so please join in and spread the word.

The start and finish is at Ratoath Gaa club Sean Eiffe Pk., Dunshauglin road, Ratoath, Co. Meath, where we have access to ample parking, post race showers and the club house which will be filled with lovely tea and sandwiches/cakes for post race refreshments and prize giving.

 

There will be a  Goodie bag from our main sponsor Conway’s spar Ratoath for each participant.

The Run Hub will have a stall with running shoes and clothing.

Plus don’t miss your pre-race warm up with Natashas Zumba…

Edel and her team from The Ratoath Sports Injury Centre will be there providing pre/post-race massage.

There will also be a post-race raffle where we will be picking out race number for spot prizes from run hub and from local businesses.

Pre Registration and number pick up : Spar Fairyhouse road, Ratoath

In store Registration and number pickup takes place on Friday the 9th and Saturday 10th between 6:30pm and 8:30pm in Conways Spar on the Fairyhouse road, Ratoath and also

on the morning of the race in Ratoath GAA club house.

I have attached a copy of the flyer for the event and if you would like some physical flyers to hand out we would be more than happy to get some to you.
