The Club had three athletes in action in the last BHAA race, Runlogic’s Trail Race, the event previously ran by the Prison Warden’s Athletic Association. It’s a 5k race held over two laps of undulating single track, on the opposite side of Chesterfield to the Zoo.
The trio of Deirdre Fitzsimons, Pat Ryan and Eddie Reid have been racing regularly of late and there wasn’t much separating them last Tuesday.
Well done to all – especially Deirdre who also managed to podium in her category on the night.
