Sara Treacy runs yet another Olympic QT at the IFAM Meet, Oordegem, Belgium

With her place well and truly secured for Rio Sara Treacy went to Oordegem, Belgium along with a large number of other Irish athletes in search of good quality races. In her first 3K steeplechase of the season and with a packed field of 32 competitors Sara spotted took advantage of a gap with 600 meters to go and finished in 4th position in an exceptional 9:44:56, less than half a second off her PB. Things look good for the remainder of the season, which culminates at the Olympics in Rio.
