Strong Performances from our Masters Ladies on Bank Holiday Monday in Gowran

Emilia, Clodagh and Ciara, fresh off the back of their National 10k hit the N9 for Kilkenny for the Leinster Masters Road Championships. The team finished just outside of the medals, displaced by a number of teams at the top end of the action at the Raheny Road Relays. Emilia however made up for any disappointment by not surprisingly claiming gold, her 4th such successful trip in a row to Gowran.
