It was a bright but bracing morning at the track, the C25K crew had just aced their 2.5K challenge, and we couldn’t wait to get tucked into DA’Camp with an International Flavour – yum! Coach Gannon got a Chile reception though, when he demo’ed the circuits and the penny slowly dropped; there wouldn’t be any grub, he’d misled us. Instead, he put us through Russian Twists, Jumping Jacks, Bulgarian Split Squats, Press-Ups, Hurdle Hops and Romanian Dead Lifts. Emilia took some heat for that last one! But we got on board, gave it our all, and in the spirit of International Week, we each gave Paul a Chinese Burn after the circuits. That softened his cough for the corework and we had time and comfort to savour the blue skies from our yoga mats.
