(Writen by Jackie and Ana while waiting for food)
Dun Laoghaire was one of 34 locations around the world where the race was held.
Jackie, Alba and myself met to do the race this year.
Fabulous scenery, great weather (a bit too hot), the hills, the hills and the hills were challenging and quite memorable. Runners of all ages, shapes and sizes took off at 12pm.
Ana got the DART back from Bray with Alba and reckoned Jackie was on her way to Wexford.
She showed up not long after us saying she was fed up with the hills. Jackie ran back to get the bus that never showed up and continued to get the DART. I guess that was downhill.
We were all delighted when the car caught up with us.
Alba and Ana did 12k or so… and Jackie 17k or so too.
We met back in DunLaoghaire and went for a very well deserved bite to eat.
Much better organised than last year (apart from the bus).
