We know you LOVE running! To celebrate Valentine’s Day we are going to refund one lucky runner’s registration fee for the #dunboyne4mile  on March 26^th!  All you need to do is register NOW before 14th February 2017 for the EirGrid  Dunboyne 4 Mile Road Race. Just in case you didn’t know, the EirGrid Dunboyne 4 Mile Road Race is a “short race with a big reputation!”  This is the 48^th anniversary of this race, sponsored by EirGrid and in partnership with Athletics Ireland, the fun starts at 3PM on Sunday 26^th March 2017. Online entry is €20 per adult.

It is a landmark event on the Irish road racing calendar, attracting near 1,000 entries every year. The course offers great potential for athletes to target a fast time, gives first time participants  a great introduction to the 4 mile distance, and also allows supporters to provide plenty of  encouragement along the way as it goes through Dunboyne village 3 times. At a distance of 4 miles, this is also an ideal event for anyone new to fitness, walking or running, as the emphasis is on a fun day out in a  friendly and safe environment.   For more information about the event and this year’s new features click HERE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition is open to RoI and NI participants only, aged 18 and over.  Dunboyne Athletic Club members who are directly involved in the competition/prize draw, including their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, or anyone connected with the competition/prize draw are excluded from the competition.
2. To enter, participants must register to Dunboyne 4 Mile Road Race by 23.59 on 13/02/17.Names will automatically be entered into a draw.  The competition closes at 23:59 on 13/02/17.
3. One lucky winner will be picked at random on 14/02/17 at 10am and receive the prize of a refund of their EirGrid Dunboyne 4 Mile Road Race registration fee.
4. Prize winner will be contacted with their contact information provided on the registration form to notify themof winning the prize.   This is the only use of the prize winner’s contact information.
5. Prize must be redeemed within 10 days of the competition closing date. Prize winner name will be posted on Dunboyne Athletic website and announced via Facebook on 14th February 2017.
6. If any item listed above is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an alternativeitem of similar value. The decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence willbe entered into. There is no Prize alternative. Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any othercompetition or promotion by the Prize winner.
7. Dunboyne Athletic is the competition promoter and may use photographs of winner(s) in future marketing promotions.
8. Prize details are correct at the date of this Agreement. Events may occur that render theMedia Promotion itself or the awarding of Prizes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasonsbeyond the control of Dunboyne Athletic. In this situation, Dunboyne Athletic may at its discretion vary or amend Prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative Prizes and Prize winners agree that no liability shallattach to Dunboyne Athletic or parties connected to Dunboyne Athletic as a result.

2. I have registered for the 3 race pack – am I still eligible for this prize draw? YES, you will receive 1 x refund againstthe EirGrid Dunboyne 4 Mile Road Race.

3. If I get my money back am I still getting my medal hanger and running diary? YES.
