Stephen Douglas and Stephen Griffin were in action in the Phoenix Park on Saturday at the Simon 5 Mile Road Race, with both clocking great times.
Stephen Douglas, just 6 days off the back of his Berlin marathon, ran an excellent 33:21. Stephen’s taking on Dublin at the end of the month too. No rest for the wicked.
Just behind Stephen was Stephen Griffin, in the first of two races he ran over the weekend. Stephen posted a great time of 33:48, ahead of turning out for the Club in Breadmeadow on Sunday at the Meath Novice XC.
Well done to the two lads on top 30 finishes in a field of 1000+.
